Great for Healthcare Employees at Every Level. From the bedside to the boardroom, employees at every level within your organization can learn the basic principles of Lean Six Sigma (LSS). In turn, you get more employees who can help identify process improvement opportunities that will lead to higher reliability.
On Demand. Our new virtual training option gives busy healthcare professionals the flexibility to learn at their own pace, when and where it’s most convenient for them.
Expert Instruction. Courses are led by A3 Healthcare President, CEO, and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Erin Zeringue, FACHE, CPHQ. Since 2001, A3 has trained 1,250 healthcare leaders throughout 75 hospitals nationwide in LSS methodology, helping drive measurable change and growth within those organizations.
Small Time Commitment. This course was created for busy healthcare professionals. Each module takes about 30 minutes to complete, and learners take a short quiz at the conclusion of each module. Total time investment ranges from three to four hours to complete the six modules required for Yellow Belt certification.
